These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of mentoring sessions and related services offered through www.worldmotherinitiative.com operated by World Mother Initiative, sole proprietor (enskild firma), registered in Sweden with registered address Lisa Lestander, Forbondevägen 7B, 905 92 Umeå, Sweden. By booking a session or purchasing a service through the Website, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services
I offer soul mentoring, spiritual guidance, and related mentoring sessions (“Services”), delivered online and/or in person, as described on the Website. Session formats, durations, and packages are listed at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Payment
• Sessions can be booked via website calendar.
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice.
• Prices are listed in SEK. An additional 25% VAT will be added to the price if you live within the EU and do not have a registered business or sole proprietorship.
• I reserve the right to change prices for future bookings; confirmed bookings are honored at the price paid.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 48 hours’ notice, free of charge.
• Cancellations made with less notice, or missed sessions (“no-shows”), are non-refundable.
• I reserve the right to reschedule a session in case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, and will offer the next available time.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
Under Swedish and EU distance-selling law, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase made online within 14 days, without giving a reason.
If your session is scheduled to take place within this 14-day period, you agree — by actively confirming this at booking — that you request the service to begin immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the session has been fully delivered. If the session has not yet taken place, you may still withdraw and receive a refund.
5. Nature of the Services — Important Disclaimer
The Services are offered for guidance, reflection, and personal growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or professional therapeutic treatment. I am not a licensed healthcare provider, and nothing discussed in a session should be treated as medical or mental health advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
No specific outcomes, results, or life changes are guaranteed through these Services.
6. Confidentiality
I treat everything shared during sessions as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except where required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to you or others.
7. Intellectual Property
Any materials, recordings, guided meditations, or written content provided as part of the Services remain my intellectual property. You may use them for personal purposes only and may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Swedish law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or package in question.
9. Personal Data
Your personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute, you may contact me directly at lestanderlisa@gmail.com to seek resolution. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may also bring the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), www.arn.se.
11. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
